ADVANCE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

1 night stay .........................................Payment in full at time of reservation
2 or more night’s stay .........................50% of total at time of reservation
Balance is due on arrival. On arrival, please plan to pay with cash, Traveler’s checks, Visa or MasterCard. Cash payments will require a CC # on file. Sorry no personal checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All requests for reservation cancellation or changes must be in writing, either by e-mail, fax or letter, and confirmed by Sunnyside Knoll Resort. Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, minus $25.00, if notice is given 30 days prior to your arrival date. On cancellations less than 30 days, the deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. On cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Sorry, no refunds for early departure.
